The Company was formed after a management buyout of CrossCom National UK Ltd from its parent company CrossCom National LLC, headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, in 2004.CrossCom National LLC has established itself as a market leader in Retailer Communications in the United States since 1985 and opened in the UK ten years later.
The deregulation of telecommunications maintenance contracts for telephone systems in the UK meant the CrossCom National niche retail model of installation and service was perfectly suited for retailers with a multi site presence in the United Kingdom.
The Company further evolved from purely offering the installation and service of telephony products into the implementation and delivery of EPOS solutions and the ability to offer a full voice and data telecommunications solution for major UK retailers. The rapid advancement of telecommunications devices and the ability to converge more and more IP products onto a structured cabling network platform allowed Crosscom to develop into a Company that can offer all businesses a complete bespoke telecommunications solution for their business needs.
After 3 years of installing the Lencore Sound Masking systems in the UK on behalf of the manufacturer, Crosscom is now proud to be the exclusive distributor responsible for delivering the benefits of Lencore’s market leading solution commercially to UK and European businesses.
